Efficient Project Management is crucial to the success of any signage program.
Attention to detail is vital! Coordination between the many departments and organizations involved ensures your signage program is a success. Project management for each location is designed to ensure that the required delivery date is met. Weekly reports are generated and are forwarded to the customer to keep track of the progress of your project.
Listed below are just some of the services offered by the Brightway Service, Inc. Project Management Team:
Field Survey of Locations
This includes inventory of existing signs, photos, measurement of existing structures and signs with information that may affect installation.
Permit Research and Procurement
Our permit department is led by Karen Gray. Her qualifications include a master’s degree in urban planning. She has worked in the Jefferson Parish Planning Department and is currently working with local planning and enforcement departments in many municipalities.
Engineering
We offer in-house engineering as well as working relationships with several civil engineers. We can provide all necessary engineer drawings for permits and construction.
Coordination with architects and engineers
We coordinate directly with project architects and engineers. Request for surveys, fixture plans, elevation and section drawings are made directly from Brightway Service, Inc. Sign placement is coordinated with architects and engineers early in the project to assist in identifying possible conflicts and other unforeseen issues.
Coordination with General Contractors
This is a step that is essential to a smooth, no surprise installation. We coordinate structural issues, placement, electrical, and timing to not conflict with construction.
Follow up
Brightway Service, Inc. provides digital photos, customer acceptance forms, and warranty information on all signs in the package. Each site is inspected by a member of our quality control team to ensure all details are handled as specified and the site is clean.
